Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain office organization by filing documents, managing schedules, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records using software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
Provide clerical support including typing documents, creating reports, and preparing presentations.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Handle owner inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Experience
Proven experience in an office environment or as a personal assistant is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with community members and colleagues.
Proficiency in computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
