We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant who is proactive, thinks one step ahead, with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. Must be able to follow up and keep those involved updated until a task is complete. Takes ownership with a passion and curiosity to learn.

This will be a Temp to Hire position. There would be two Aspects of the Job –

Executive Administrative Job Responsibilities:

Booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation and meals).

Submitting and reconciling expense reports using SAP-CONCUR.

Specialized projects may include:

Provide support to marketing organization by analyzing and reporting on business data.

Contact personnel at all organizational levels to gather/deliver required information.

Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Occasional temporary assignments may include: Manage agenda, appointments, travel and emails of a traveling executive.

Front Desk Job Responsibilities:

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.

Manage visitor + badge door access approvals.

Assist with document printing and special requests as needed.

Order office supplies as well as replenish daily snacks & drinks at appropriate locations.

Receive incoming material (parcels, food, documents) and notify relevant personnel upon arrival.

Profile:

3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communications

Critical thinking and adaptive skills

Shows initiative & ability to handle stressful situations with calm.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant in an adaptive environment.

Ability to anticipate needs of others to ensure a seamless experience.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Suites, specifically in Excel and Power Point.

Have experience using corporate travel and Purchase Orders management tools

High School Diploma

Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel

Concur + SAP Ariba a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Monday – Friday

At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The annual base salary range for this role is between $ 45 to $50 hourly USD.
