Our client, a leader in aerospace and defense, is looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant. This is a fully remote position that will align with CST Time zones, with some travel as needed.
*This is a 6-month W2 contract role with benefits!*
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. You will play a critical role in facilitating day-to-day operations, managing priorities, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Required Skills & Experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, with 4+ years of relevant experience
8+ years of experience without a degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
Prior experience booking travel and processing expense reports
Experience coordinating virtual and in-person events or meetings
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and administrative staff
What You Will Be Doing
Provide executive-level calendar and email management for senior leadership
Manage meeting logistics including agendas, guest coordination, technology setup, and note-taking
Prepare briefings, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and internal communications
Arrange complex domestic and international travel and process related expense reports
Coordinate virtual meetings and in-person events, including scheduling, catering, and tech support
Support team communication through emails, team meetings, and documentation
Maintain up-to-date documentation including org charts, distribution lists, shared files, and Teams channels
