We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a qualified and caring team of healthcare professionals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Administer onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including compliance with healthcare regulations.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as managing employee documentation, handling inquiries, and coordinating training sessions.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting our values and mission.
Answer phones.
Greet clients and employees as they enter the office.
Filing and office organization

Skills

Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Experience with HR and all Idaho employment laws
Strong front desk management skills, providing exceptional customer service.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Ability to type quickly and accurately, enhancing productivity in administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
