Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by paying client bills, maintaining files, and providing administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Paying clients bills and using My Minnesota Guardian for annual accountings and audits.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Assisting with monthly billing and sending out invoices
Provide personal assistant support to executives or team leaders as needed.
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, answering phones, and responding to emails.
Ensure that the office environment is organized and efficient to promote productivity.
Light house keeping of the office space.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating bilingual capabilities if applicable.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $18.20 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
