Position Summary:

As the Executive Assistant to our C-Suite, you’ll be the right hand to our executive leadership team, helping them stay organized, efficient, and focused on driving the company forward. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role requiring discretion, proactivity, and exceptional communication skills. You’ll manage everything from daily calendars and travel arrangements to board meeting prep and special projects.

What we Need Done:

Manage complex calendars and schedules for the CEO and other senior executives, prioritizing meetings and ensuring seamless coordination.

Organize executive travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other executive-level communications.

Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Support board meeting logistics, including scheduling, materials distribution, and minutes.

Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them before they arise.

Support cross-functional projects and provide administrative support to executive-led initiatives.

Maintain filing systems and manage contracts, licenses, and key documents.

Who You Are:

Exceptionally organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.

Able to stay several steps ahead and keep things moving behind the scenes.

Professional and composed under pressure, with excellent judgment.

A clear, confident communicator who understands executive priorities.

Comfortable balancing multiple stakeholders and tasks with discretion and poise.

Who we Need:

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
