Duties:
Assist in insurance office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records
Utilize English and potentially other language skills to effectively assist a diverse client population
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions
Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Provide multilingual support as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) is a plus
Ability to analyze information and provide appropriate solutions
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction
Multilingual abilities are advantageous for this role
