**Job Summary:**
Join our team as a Bi-lingual Administrative Assistant at a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the office manager, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering top-notch customer service to our clients/employees/contractors/vendors and more.
**Duties:**
-Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, answering incoming calls, receiving emails, packages, and supplies.
– Maintain organized and efficient office systems, including organizing files/documents, collecting and organizing data, spreadsheets, Teams channels and more.
– List and maintain new hire ads on multiple platforms, work candidate leads and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
– Track all sub-contractor COI’s for expiration and enter new sub-contractors and vendors into the system.
– Interview new sub-contractors and provide contracts and information needed to work with us.
– Assist in hiring and orientation processes
– Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
**Experience:**
– Must be able to read, speak, and write, in both English and Spanish.
– Proven experience in administrative support roles with a focus on customer service.
– Familiarity with medical office procedures or real estate administrative tasks is a plus.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
– Proficiency in computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
– Experience in office management or related fields is advantageous.
– Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player when needed.
