About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our founder. This is more than a traditional admin role—it’s a unique opportunity to be directly involved in real estate projects, manage daily operations, and help keep strategic initiatives moving forward.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Plano, TX, with occasional local travel (DFW area).
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
• Track and coordinate active real estate projects: leases, timelines, contractors, permits, inspections
• Communicate clearly and professionally with brokers, vendors, legal teams, and clients
• Prepare reports, follow-up emails, and handle general admin duties
• Support business development efforts and assist with launching new ventures
• Occasionally handle personal errands and logistics for the founder
• Visit properties and job sites as needed within the DFW area
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant
• Real estate experience strongly preferred—background as a real estate assistant, leasing coordinator, or transaction clerk is a big plus
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and anticipate needs
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Experience working in a real estate or healthcare-focused environment is a bonus
