Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership at Renfrow Security. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role will involve a variety of administrative duties, including office management, event planning, and project coordination.
This is a Full-Time, M-F, 8am-5pm, IN OFFICE position!

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
Assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Assist with Marketing needs such as social media design and community involvement
Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the workspace is well-organized and fully stocked.
Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures as needed.
Coordinate events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with vendors or participants.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
Proven experience with completed Request for Proposals (RFPs)
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is essential.
Huge strength in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
Experience with event planning and coordination is a must.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
