We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to join a rapidly growing healthcare organization. As an integral part of their leadership team, you will support the executive staff and assist in the seamless operation of our organization, while also having the opportunity to grow into a leadership role. The organization includes a range of verticals, including an ambulatory surgery center, pathology lab, research company, and more. Typical Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for executive staff, helping to manage calendars, travel arrangements, and strategic engagements
Streamline communication and ensure smooth coordination between departments
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, handling scheduling, email correspondence, and other key tasks
Collaborate with team members across multiple verticals to align goals and identify opportunities for optimization
Assist in implementing and refining operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Support financial management tasks, including assisting with payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
Help monitor coding accuracy, reduce denials, and track collections
Assist in efforts related to the expansion of new locations, including real estate coordination and operational readiness
Support the execution of high-impact organizational events, reflecting the growth and mission
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years previous similar experience managing administrative/office management tasks for senior executives, in the healthcare/medical industry a plus
Ability to think ahead and take initiative, anticipating needs and optimizing processes
Experience with process improvement and operational workflows
Proficient with tools like G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep things running smoothly
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
Location: Katy, Texas (fully, in-office)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Compensation: $75,000 – $130,000, DOE
