Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO with administrative, research, and creative tasks. This role requires a balance of technical competence, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management
Maintain and organize the CEO’s calendar to ensure efficient time management and scheduling.
Email Management
Manage email inboxes by sorting messages, organizing folders, and flagging high-priority items.
Payment Coordination
Assist in processing vendor payments accurately and on time, maintaining records for reference.
Meeting Support
Join Zoom meetings to take minutes, identify action items, and help prepare presentations when needed.
Research & Analysis
Conduct research on political trends, market developments, and other relevant topics to support informed decision-making.
Data Entry & Process Documentation
Accurately input data and develop internal guides and checklists to improve operational workflows.
Tech & Software Use
Leverage tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive, along with project management platforms, to support team productivity.
Social Media Assistance
Edit short-form videos and image content (approx. twice per week) for business and personal social media accounts.
Qualifications:
Experience & Technical Skills
3+ years of experience in executive assistance or administrative support roles
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and project management tools
Experience with video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut
Strong email management and data entry skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to turn meeting discussions into clear, actionable steps
