Pineland Paper, a leading regional company in its space, is seeking an experienced professional to join leadership team as the company lead administrator to work with the executive leadership team. This position will work primarily with the General Manager and President. Responsibilities will include managing all company financial matters including all disbursement activities, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax returns, income tax returns, collections, POD bill backs, and credit management. The position will also include working to assist Sales and Marketing in certain efforts, assisting the Sales Manager. Additionally, certain human resources functions will be included depending on qualifications. This position has growth potential.
Pineland Paper is a privately owned, mid-sized distributor of sanitation/ janitorial, foodservice and packaging supplies to customers throughout middle and southeast Georgia, and the lowcountry of South Carolina. Pineland procures, warehouses and delivers the goods its sells on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to most customers. Business is a high level, fast moving, repeat business including disposables in the food service industry, packaging materials and everyday use products such as hand soaps, towels and tissue. Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years experience, proficient in Microsoft Office, and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
