Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at our front desk.

Duties:

– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
– Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
– Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
– Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
– Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

Skills:

– Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
– Ability to computerize data efficiently
– Strong clerical skills including typing and data entry
– Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
– Familiarity with Google Suite for office management tasks
– Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is a plus
– Excellent proofreading skills for written communications

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
