Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end calendar management for multiple leaders, ensuring efficient scheduling and alignment with changing business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain organized processes for meeting requests, recurring appointments, follow-up tasks, and scheduling workflows.
  • Anticipate scheduling challenges and resolve conflicts, overlapping meetings, and last-minute changes with minimal disruption.
  • Assist with administrative activities related to SOX compliance, including maintaining documentation, tracking approvals, coordinating sign-offs, and organizing records under the guidance of the Leadership Business Partner (LBP).
  • Act as the central contact for scheduling requests, calendar updates, and meeting coordination.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation solutions to enhance scheduling efficiency, communication, and day-to-day administrative operations.
