Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized (or willing to learn) Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the property management team by ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations of the property management office, including administrative tasks and front desk duties.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate files and records for tenant applications, leases, and property maintenance requests.
Coordinate property showings for prospective tenants and assist with lease signings.
Support the company in implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with property policies and procedures while maintaining a positive living environment for residents.
Assist in organizing community events to foster resident engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position, preferably within property management or real estate.
Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in office software applications.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude.
Ability to manage front desk operations effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Experience as a personal assistant or office clerk is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability assist in forming a team while also being self-motivated.
