We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our private-duty home health agency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle clerical duties including data entry and managing office correspondence.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Provide administrative support as needed, including office management tasks.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications. Experience with Apple products is a huge plus!
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience or knowledge of home health is a plus but not required.
A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
