The following position is to joinRTX Corporate:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role ofExecutive Administrative Assistantsupporting the Global Communications team, working in a technology-driven, fast-paced, and agile environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter, able to work in a highly collaborative, virtual and versatile environment handling an array of duties and responsibilities with particular focus on time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Handle important office decisions.

Effectively and flawlessly provide calendar management for multiple executives (resolving any conflicts effectively and efficiently)

Professionally screen incoming calls and follow up correspondence.

Schedule all aspects of travel (domestic and international).

Accurately process expense and mileage reports with timely submission.

Meeting preparations to include booking conference room and coordinating with catering facilities and prioritizing tasks.

Maintain accurate and updated organization charts, distribution lists, attend executive staff meeting, take meeting minutes and distribute action items to attendees.

Be able to participate in special projects.

Embrace and execute any and all other duties as required or assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.

Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and video/virtual conferencing platforms

Self-motivated team player with desire and drive to learn and grow

Operate efficiently, learn, adapt quickly and lean forward

Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

Excellent prioritization and organizational skills

Problem-solver with sound business judgment

Collaborate effectively with all team members

Forward thinker with proactive mindset and attention to detail

Tech savvy – proficient with Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to navigate across broader organization

Follows directions thoroughly and maintains confidentiality of any company sensitive information
