What You’ll Do:

Serve as the right hand to the CEO, managing schedules, priorities, and strategic projects across departments.

Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple office locations and business units.

Lead administrative staff, set performance goals, and ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives.

Facilitate communication and workflow between executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners.

Manage high-level reporting, documentation, and follow-through on critical action items.

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and high-level decision-making processes.

Support company-wide initiatives such as budgeting, compliance, recruitment, and event planning.

Who You Are:

A proven leader with a minimum of 7+ years of executive administrative or operations experience, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and complex operations across locations.

Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at juggling multiple high-priority tasks with discretion and poise.

Excellent written and verbal communicator who can represent the CEO in internal and external settings.

Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and executive scheduling platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
