Heritage Malta, the national agency responsible for museums, conservation, and cultural heritage, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Administrator to support the Office of the CEO. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to contribute to the preservation and promotion of Malta’s rich cultural legacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient office operations.
Coordinate internal and external communications, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Liaise with various departments to facilitate organizational initiatives and projects.
Ensure adherence to agency policies, procedures, and budgets.
✅ Qualifications & Experience:
A first degree (MQF Level 6).
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant administrative experience.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software and administrative systems.
Residing in Malta
