Summary:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior leaders, managing key routine and special projects, schedules, and expenses. This role requires a highly skilled, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, self-directed professional who can handle a variety of sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and efficiency. The position involves interacting with executives and all levels of management throughout the organization, both internationally and domestically.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to leadership and project manage with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and ensure proper approvals for team members are obtained.
- Prepare and coordinate expense reports adhering to company policy and ensuring timely submission.
- Create and manage/edit PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, and Word documents fit for purpose.
- Maintain a strict sense of professional ethics, ensuring confidentiality and privacy, and abiding by Company policy.
- Manage and coordinate calendars and communications with internal and external contacts. Assist with appropriate planning to ensure optimum time utilization and all routine requirements are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Approximately 5 years of administrative/EA experience.
- Prior EA experience supporting senior leaders strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Desired Skills
- Strong organizational skills, confidentiality/discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with multiple time zones.
- Pharma and international exposure are nice-to-have, but not required.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 – $42.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
