What to expect:
The Administrator of Time & Attendance is responsible for administering processes to support timekeeping and attendance tracking for salaried and hourly employees.
How you will make an impact:
Assists and supports Manager of Administration
Responsible for the administration of timekeeping and attendance (e.g. timecard approval, corrections and exceptions) for hourly and salaried employees
Accountable for timely and accurate processing of all time and attendance transactions, understanding current ADP processes and ensuring data integrity
Manage and monitor timecard approvals/ sign-offs, data validation, historical edits, and generating/ exporting reports
Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner regarding payroll information and troubleshoots to resolve employee concerns
Analyze reports and deliver key trends and escalate issues appropriately
Takes initiative in identifying creative ways to approach existing processes
Builds and maintains schedules in a timely manner
Ensures that daily roster needs are met in an efficient manner, calls for shift coverage when necessary
Processes shift trades and day off requests in accordance with CBA
Monitors attendance phone line and updates accordingly
Minimize redundancy in scheduling
Ensures efficient utilization of personnel
Provide Accounting support as needed
Other duties as necessary
What you will bring:
Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience required
ADP Time & Attendance system experience preferred
Ability to deal with information that is highly sensitive and confidential
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Effectively focuses on multiple tasks
Ability to interact well within a team environment
Excellent communication skills and keen attention to details
Strong analytical skills
Experience in a complex, multiple employee group organization preferred
Experience working with multiple pay cycles preferred
Must have flexible schedule availability to cover a 24 hour per day 7 day per week operation including weekends and holidays as assigned
Total Rewards:
Base Salary range: $40,500-$43,000 (L8) annually
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
