Pay Rate: $28.00/hour
Location: Sarnia, ON
Shift: Mon to Fri | 8am to 5pm (working on site)
Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 1-year contract

Responsibilities:
Process and publish operating and training procedure revisions submitted by operations teams using Microsoft Word and SharePoint
Maintain various spreadsheets with procedure status changes
Compile and distribute various monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly reports
Maintain administrative files and documentation, per retention guidelines
Utilize Microsoft Access Database for sitewide management of change reporting
Monitor and replenish stationary supplies located in SPEP bunker
Facilitate annual office validation
Perform ergonomics assessments to individuals on as needed basis
Other office administrator duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be a residence of Sarnia and available to work 5 days in office for Full-time hours.
Must available to start ASAP
High school diploma or equivalent is required
A bachelor’s degree or two-year college diploma in office administration or business administration is required.
One to three years of administrative experience.
Fully proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and SharePoint skills would be an asset.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Sarnia, ON.
