Position Overview:We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator to join our team. The Executive Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Broker/President and ensuring the smooth operation of the Visalia corporate office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Create Commission Disbursement Authorizations for the Visalia Office.

Assist the CFO and Bookkeeper in basic accounting activities and closing out transactions in BrokerWolf back-office system.

Serve as a Personal Assistant to the President/Broker in administrative activities, meeting scheduling, email management, and special projects.

Assist and Coordinate company agent onboarding functions.

Assist with Human Resource Management functions.

Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.

Organize meetings and special events by scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

High School diploma (bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Minimum of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant.

Minimum of 2 years of real estate brokerage administrative or sales experience.
