We areChampion Empireand we are changing the world! Our CEO has a lot of irons in the fire, a breakneck pace, a complicated life, and a more complicated calendar. He has a big vision and a bigger heart, and he needs someone to help him get to where he needs to go equipped with what he needs when he gets there. He’s got systems on top of systems but is lacking a right hand person to carry things over the finish line. This role is not a typical administrative assistant. You’ll be that when it comes to calendar and email management, but you will play a crucial role in helping him keep a finger on the pulse of the businesses.

Responsibilities

Gatekeeper and the vault! You will often be controlling access to the CEO and you will be trusted with information requiring the highest discretion.

Become an expert on the entire Empire suite of services.

Participate and eventually lead discovery calls, determine best solutions for prospect and create proposals.

Take direction from Executive Administrative Director to manage the CEO calendar and appointments,, and ensure correct links and documents are attached to appointments.

Ensure CEO Daily Notes are accurate, and that relevant information from the day is incorporated into the calendar and appropriate platforms.

Collaborate with officers to ensure systems, processes, and performance metrics are updated.

Ensure Coaching Notes are updated and accurate.

Assist with Workshop Preparation and manage the Roundtable Master Schedule.

Maintain systems and processes within Roundtable, Generosity, and Partners including Daily Notes, Cohort execution, scoreboards, and dashboards.

Leverage professional network on behalf of Roundtable to evangelize various service and product offerings.

Oversee new client onboarding and manage coaching relationships

Assist with every aspect of Roundtable as needed, including but not limited to reviewing introductory forms, assigning roadmaps and ELearning classes, and client management and follow up.

Ensure Staff Trackers, Client Profiles, and Quarterly plans are updated and accurate.

Take point on monthly Non-Profit gatherings to include invitations, RSVP, landing pages, sourcing speakers, facilitating content creation, follow up.
