THE OPPORTUNITY

Fisher Phillips is an international labor and employment law firm, and we are hiring an experienced Executive Administrator to provide high-level project and administrative/executive levelsupport. This will contribute to the overall efficiency of oursenior leadershipteam. This role will act as a key liaison between MC members and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellentcommunicationand organizational skills, and have aproven track recordof successfully managing projects and executive-level tasks.

This position requires a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are interested in applying may reside in a state where there is an existing Fisher Phillips office with preference to one of our East Coast offices.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee assigned projects, ensuring they align with firm objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Monitor and track MC and firmwide project timelines and take or recommend actions to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Develop, collect, analyze and report on key performance indicators and metrics that are meaningful and relevant in ascertaining the status of projects.

Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.

Use discretion and judgment to facilitate effectivecommunicationbetween the MC and various departmental leaders within the organization.

Collaborate with, and serve as a liaison to, the executiveleadershipteam (ELT) to help drive progress on firm initiatives.

Anticipate problems and decide on appropriate actions to effectively execute on and complete ad hoc projects across the firm, as delegated by and on behalf of the MC.

Manage or collaborate with internal and external teams in planning and managing special projects, initiatives, and corporate events.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

Maintain and organize executive files and records.

Coordinate the MC’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.

Perform additional duties as required to support firm management and operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Proven experience as a senior-level executive administrator, personal assistant, or similar role.

Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Prior law firm experience helpful, but not required.

Occasional travel is required.
