Title: Executive Adminstrator

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the manager partner .
Provide administrative assistance with day-to-day office operations.
Daily & Weekly Schedule: Manage and maintain the daily and weekly schedules of the manager partner.
Setup Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments
Daily Conflict Check Process: Conduct daily conflict checks to ensure there are no conflicts in handling clients or cases.
Organize and coordinate internal meetings with the team .
Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and other documents for internal meetings and clients.
Handle special projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Managing Partner or other senior staff.
Assist with scheduling travel arrangements & Visas.
Manage the renewal of lawyer cards and ensure compliance with the requirements.
Be proficient with the Salesforce system, managing administrative tasks related to the platform.
Maintain and manage client relationships with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preparing client update reports
Proposal & LSA Preparation , Sending & Follow-up
Perform any additional administrative tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Native Arabic Speaker
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a law firm or professional services environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high attention to detail.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
