Executive Assistant to CEO (Founder)

City of London, Real Estate Fund Management

£50,000 – £58,000 per annum, discretionary bonus, healthcare, 25 days holiday, daily fruit bowl, monthly social events, pension, season ticket loan

Monday – Friday office based.

Our client is a leading, boutique real estate fund manager who have established a reputation for providing bespoke solutions for their investors.

They have contemporary offices in the heart of the city, close to Moorgate / Liverpool Street. They are set to double their AUM so it is an exciting time to join the business.

Due to growth, they are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant who is polished, professional, and passionate about their role as an EA and, ideally from a Real Estate Investment background.

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to provide efficient and effective support to the CEO/founding partner in a one to one role. At times, there will be some additional support to the Executive Leadership team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Executive Assistant:

Diary management for the Founder/CEO – including organising meetings, video conferences, calls, lunches and dinners

Keeping the CEO on track with schedules and workflow

Assisting with the roll out of an updated benefits package

Inbox management for the CEO and wider executive team

Travel booking and obtaining visas for overseas trips

Document preparation for meetings

Liaising with clients and counterparties on behalf of the CEO

Occasionally attending meetings and drafting minutes

First point of contact for external stakeholders

Working on diversity and inclusion projects

Some support to the Marketing Director

Running errands for the CEO and some personal work

Organising events

The Profile:

Experience as an Executive Assistant – Real Estate Fund Management experience

Proactive, professional, focussed, driven, discreet, very organised, dynamic and autonomous, sense of responsibility.

Ability to prioritise work and multi-task requests under pressure

Tact and good judgement in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management

Positive attitude, friendly approach, well presented, respectful

Willing to work occasional evenings and attend some events
