The Role:
Supporting the VP of Supply Chain and Logistics you will complete a wide range of high-level administrative support tasks that impact the day-to-day of the Executive and in turn an entire department. You will work alongside a pool of supportive Executive Assistants within the business and your responsibilities will include:

Prioritise calendar management and meeting coordination

Travel management

Correspondence and communication with key internal and external stakeholders

Understand relevant projects and triage important correspondence

Develop department knowledge to ensure that appropriate and informed decisions are made

Anticipate the needs of the VP and manage conflicting demands and scheduling

Event management

Expense / Invoice management

To Be Successful:
This high-level executive role requires you to be proactive, forward-thinking and able to anticipate needs.

You will have previous experience supporting C-Suite

Previous experience in a large global organisation

Technology Savvy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high demands

Strong business acumen
