Pay Rate: $36-$43/hr. DOE
Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On behalf of our client a private university located in Los Angeles. We’re looking for a Senior Administrative Operations Analyst to join a dynamic team within the Medical Enterprise. Seeking for a candidate that will be managing multiple priorities, coordinating executive operations, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels and reporting to the Director of I.S. Operations, manager, or administrative Operations.
Accountabilities:
Coordinate calendars and meetings for multiple executives.
Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for department meetings and events, including agenda preparation and logistics.
Interpret policies and procedures, assisting in problem identification and resolution.
Manage project activities such as planning, coordination, and communication.
Track and report budgetary expenses in the core IT administration cost center, reporting to the Director of I.S. Operations or Manager, Administrative Operations.
Provide research and administrative support for special projects, preparing data and executing as directed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information such as patient medical records, financial data, and legal information.
Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling and meeting minutes.
Maintain accurate record-keeping and update databases daily.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of experience supporting multiple executives, preferably in a C-suite environment.
Strong communication skills are essential, both in meetings and with stakeholders.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in core office and workflow applications.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Professional demeanor with a polished, business-appropriate appearance.
Occasional onsite requirements include HR orientation, equipment pickup, pre-employment health appointments, annual team events, go-lives, or as assigned by management.
Flexible travel expectations: most remote team members required onsite 2-4 days per year.
