Hybrid – work remote 1 day/week
**MUST HAVE experience working in the financial services industry (hedge fund, private equity, venture capital)
Responsibilities
Provide executive administrative support to a Managing Director and his team (two other managers)
Maintain a highly complex calendar – help direct executive’s time and focus
Coordinate complex, global travel including VISAs
Manage phone calls, provide appropriate screening, and take thorough, actionable messages
Professionally handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Maintain and process detailed professional expenses
Prepare DIDO (days in/days out) on a monthly basis
Qualifications
Experience working in the financial services industry a must
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Experience with complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and seamlessly work with executives at all levels
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
