We’re on the lookout for a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to join us at our North Strathfield office in Sydney, working directly with the Director to support the day-to-day operations and play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.

About the Role:

As the Personal Assistant / EA, you will provide high-level support to the Director, ensuring smooth operations across all facets of the business. You’ll be a key player in keeping things organised, efficient, and ahead of the game. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term career within a growing organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing day-to-day administrative and executive support to the Director

Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence

Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes

Assisting with project administration and document management

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Supporting general office management and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Assisting in HR and recruitment processes as required

Providing input on improving administrative processes and systems

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Professional communication skills—both written and verbal

A proactive and positive approach, with a can-do attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

A long-term career mindset, with a desire to grow within the company
