EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – 12m FTC

Brief Details:

Salary: £32,000pa

London based – Canary Wharf. Hybrid working + full training offered.

12 months FTC – Maternity Cover. There may be potential other opportunities in the business long term.

Job Profile:

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the senior leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency in daily operations. By managing schedules, facilitating communication, and handling critical tasks with precision, the Executive Assistant contributes to the overall effectiveness of the leadership

Job Duties:

Managing the UK MD’s diary — arranging and scheduling meetings.

Booking travel and accommodation through Egencia, concur, or other platforms

Strong stakeholder management and being able to multitask across coordinating / admin tasks

Experience maintaining excellent working relationships

Scheduling the meetings throughout the calendar year

Responsible for the management of quarterly leadership team meetings.

Assistant experience (Desirable):

Take ownership of your workload

Expert in office 365 and Teams

Being part of main point of contact for all RM staff to arrange accommodation

(Essential):

Responsible for setting up new starters & updating reports and information

Responsible for managing & submitting expenses for a business credit card which is used for multiple purposes within the business (EA & other)

Key Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills

Project Management

Admin experience

Working well under pressure

Responsible for booking any other events as requested by the UK SLT

Communication skills (written and verbal)
