Executive Assistant to CEO. Corporate with some Family work too.

Fully Remote
The role will be 100% remote – working from home – but will require occasional European travel.
Our client, although London based, will be working globally in different timezones.
The Role:
To support a CEO. The ideal person for the job will have the ability to work without supervision, be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. He/she will have previous experience working performing administrative duties and providing support to high level management in both a corporate office and also a private family office. He/she will need to be confident in diary management across different time zones. You will have plenty of experience supporting a CEO / HNWI across different countries.
Objectives of this Role
With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO on a professional and personal level, and making sure his life runs efficiently.
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure his priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other personal logistics.
Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management.
Perform administrative support
Manage personal bills and expenses.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business and personal matters .
Skills needed
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an EA ideally within both a Private Family Office as well as a Corporate office reporting directly to a CEO / executive management.
Experience working for a globally active CEO and immediate family
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Self-sufficient – can work remotely but have the flexibility to travel if need be.
Willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
