A leading investment firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support its Capital Allocation team, a high-performing division responsible for data analysis, reporting, and investment insights. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to key business functions in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Capital Allocation team. This newly created position requires a highly organised individual who can manage meetings, liaise with senior stakeholders, coordinate reporting, and streamline processes.

You will be responsible for:

Managing and prioritising meetings to ensure the team’s focus remains on high-value activities.

Liaising with senior stakeholders across the business to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

Preparing and distributing reports and key data to support investment decision-making.

Coordinating schedules, travel, and key deadlines for the Capital Allocation team.

Proactively improving processes and identifying areas for efficiency gains.

General administrative support, including document preparation and database management.

Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, or similar role.

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Experience within financial services, investment, or professional services is highly desirable.

The ability to work in the Manchester office 2-3 days per week.
