Our client is a leading financial services investment firm with an emphasis on the Real Estate sector. They currently have a need for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support two managing partners and a small office with a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Organizing and managing a busy calendar for the firm’s owner, planning and scheduling any meetings or teleconferences

Assisting firm’s owner with any personal assistant responsibilities, including scheduling personal appointments and medical check-ups

Assisting with the preparation of outgoing correspondence both internally and externally

Screening incoming calls from investors

Scheduling and booking conference rooms for use

Interacting with vendors and contractors on an as needed basis

Assisting with special projects, including conducting research for marketing materials and events

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required

3 years experience prior experience providing high level Executive support in a busy corporate setting

Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to speak with clients and vendors
