A fast-growing financial investment business focused on the tech and real estate spaces is looking for a solid EA to join their team on a part-time basis, 4 days a week Monday to Thursday.
This is a varied EA role supporting the 2 founders with a strong focus on tech skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diary and travel management for 2 company founders
Email communication with 3rd parties, including some gate-keeping of inboxes of both founders
Managing internal comms
managing our CRM
managing both founders’ corporate social media activity including (LI posts and X)
Proficiency in Powerpoint high quality slide presentations ( including embedded videos on Powerpoint when necessary)
Proficiency in Canva for making corporate communications for external investor comms, annual greeting cards, presentation decks and any other digital communication
weekly newsletters desk-top and news research related to our area of work
preparing investor presentation packs and materials for meetings
document control on MS365 apps including OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams
weekly website News page updates and site refreshes on our Wordpress sites
organise luncheons, small corporate events including management of invites, menus, budgets, pre and post event comms
booking personal holidays, travel, medical appointments for both founders
You must have the following skills/attributes:
equivalent experience in supporting a C-suite executive in a similar fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree from a UK university
tech savvy , with a high level of proficiency with all MS apps including Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Word plus basic Excel
strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven proficiency in Business English
highly organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills and proven capabilities that allow for complete trust of senior management
Ability to work and deliver results pro-actively without needing prompting
Excellent organisational and time management skills
proven ability to work independently and in a calm manner to take on and juggle several tasks at any one time and deliver output within agreed time frames
Proficiency in writing, posting and managing corporate social media
Proficiency with Wordpress content management system for weekly website updates
Proficiency with Canva
excellent ability at building professional working relationships

Salary is £40,000 for the 4 days and hours are 8:30am-5:30pm.
