Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team!

In this role you will support the CEO and will also provide office management support when needed.

Location-Los Angeles

What You Will Do:

– Support the CEO on meeting management, scheduling and travel

– Coordinate all administrative communication with assistants of founder

– Support executive team with ad hoc administrative needs they have

– Provide ad hoc support to marketing team

– Attend meetings with the CEO and issue emails post meeting that summarizes what was discussed and follow ups

– Support CEO in program management of major initiatives. You will work closely with the program managers in marketing, ops and PD.

– Support CEO in gathering key information and creation of daily, weekly and monthly dashboards

– Help coordinate strategic cross departmental meetings like innovation days, leadership offsites,

strategy through budgeting lifecycles

– Establish a “fun team” program i.e. employee appreciation moments around key dates like

anniversaries and birthdays, catered lunches etc.

– Keep the office stocked with kitchen supplies, office supplies

– Coordinate and manage all facility related programs, dealing with vendors and contractors to

handle issues that arise in the facility. Help team with designing and sourcing furniture for the

office.

– Handle all package delivery and pick ups for the office

Who You Are:

-Must have at least 3-5 years experience supporting a C-level executive.

-Bachelors degree preferred

-Must be detail oriented and able to have clear writing and communication.

-Love of beauty is a plus!
