Your Role

The Front Desk Concierge (FDC) is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for the properties we manage and will entail monitoring the front entrance, receiving packages, and providing assistance to residents as appropriate. The FDC will perform the following responsibilities:

Staffs the lobby desk, monitoring the entrance, greeting and assisting residents and visitors entering or exiting the building, answering resident inquiries, logging resident issues or concerns, and notifying the appropriate individual of any security concerns.
Monitors security cameras, exterior doors to the building and maintain a secure environment for residents.
Accepts deliveries, keeps the package log, and notifies residents of their deliveries.
Handles building communications, including sending announcements via email and to individual units, notifying units of scheduled inspections, and posting notices.
The assistant keeps the email roster up-to-date, adds/edits names to the call box, and handles fob registration.
Schedule vendor and contractor appointments. Monitors vendors and contractors when they are in units.
Work directly with property manager on various tasks and responsibilities.
Follows all safety and security policies, programs, and procedures and functions in accordance with the property’s rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma and/or 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role.
Must have good technical skills and phone etiquette.
Must be able to deliver superior customer service and able to manage interacting with a variety of people from residents to vendors, to delivery staff and contractors.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines as well as the ability to be neat and organized.
Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule for the long term.
