Our client, a leading venture capital firm is seeking a detail- oriented Executive Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the executive. Ensure the executive’s time is prioritized and well-organized.

Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all logistics are in place.

Communication Management: Handle incoming emails, and other correspondence. Prioritize messages and ensure that important matters are addressed in a timely manner.

Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure tasks are completed.

Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, conferences, or special projects.

Relationship Management: Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and positive relationships.
