About the Role – As the Executive Assistant to our leadership team, you’ll be a key player in keeping our organization running smoothly. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, follow up on tasks, and help ensure priorities stay on track. Your ability to stay organized, maintain confidentiality, and connect the dots across projects will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities
Maintain executive calendars, anticipating needs and resolving conflicts proactively
Coordinate meetings, travel, logistics, and communications with attention to detail
Handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
Track follow-ups, manage reminders, and monitor timelines
Draft, edit, and manage email correspondence and internal documents
Facilitate cross-functional communication and information flow
Act as a thought partner to executives, offering support and perspective
Continuously improve administrative processes and efficiencies
Qualifications – Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level professionals’ Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and proactive communication Highly organized with strong time management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Ability to anticipate needs and work independently in a dynamic environment High emotional intelligence and professionalism
