The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a high level executive. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Key responsibilities:

Conference: spearhead industry-leading events.

Communications: draft/edit letters, PowerPoint presentations, and offering memoranda for clients and prospects; respond to mail, email, telephone and fax communications; update website; maximize social media presence.

Organization: manage office, including filing, organization, and more.

Research: identify and profile prospective customers, analyze new research topics, recommend new projects for the firm to pursue.

Qualifications:

Highest levels of trustworthiness, confidentiality, and integrity

Excellent organizational, administrative, planning and communication skills

Demonstrated skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and QuickBooks

Sense of urgency

6- 10+ years’ experience supporting senior management
