We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. You will be critical in coordinating our executives’ calendars and inboxes, drafting correspondence, communicating broadly with internal and external stakeholders, and handling confidential information. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Triage incoming messages and draft both proactive and responsive high-level email communications.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate follow ups to make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Help to prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Oversee office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing expenses, and handling vendor relationships.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities
Requirements
3+ years of experience in an executive support role, ideally within a fast-paced startup or tech environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment with minimal oversight
Tech-savviness and ability to quickly learn and leverage new software
Experience supporting stakeholders at the executive level, particularly in a high-growth startup
Genuine passion for startups and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
