We’re Hiring: Executive Team Assistant – Multi-Company Support Role
Denver, CO | Full-Time | On-site | $80,000–$100,000/year

Are you a rockstar communicator with top-tier organizational skills and a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a high-performing Executive Team Assistant to support three fast-growing, dynamic companies.
This role is unique—it’s not just administrative, and it’s definitely not just scheduling. You’ll be a critical support system across multiple teams, helping bridge the gap between field operations, customer service, sales, and logistics. A background in construction is helpful but not required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting our Project Manager with client communication, scheduling, and email follow-ups
Supporting our Operations Manager with order entry, billing, and email correspondence
Helping our sales team with inventory, scheduling shipments, and follow-up tasks
Assisting our in-house designer with day-to-day support tasks as needed
Assisting the President with day-to-day administrative tasks including managing emails, screening calls, and scheduling meetings
Acting as the “glue” between departments—keeping tasks on track and things from falling through the cracks
Organizing files, streamlining internal systems, and being a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Learning and navigating NetSuite (bonus points if you’re already a pro)
What You Bring to the Table:
A natural communicator—written, verbal, and everything in between
High-level organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Self-starter mentality—you take initiative without waiting to be asked
Tech-savvy, especially with CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a huge plus)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
A drive to help others succeed, you’re the person people go to when they need to “get it done”
A background in construction or working with contractors is a big plus
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Availability after hours to address pertinent emails and calls (especially regarding customer-facing issues)
Compensation & Benefits:
$80,000–$100,000/year based on experience
