If so, Siemens Mobility AS is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO, CFO, and the executive management team.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive office, enabling our leaders to focus on strategic decision-making and driving business growth. In this position, you will be exposed to, and collaborate with, a wide range of people from all levels of the organization. You will have a unique proximity to the executive management team, gaining deep insight into the operation of our diverse organization and the chance to build an extensive network. Key responsibilities:

Work closely with the CEO, CFO and the executive management team. Proactively advise on- and coordinate their schedule, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting and meeting coordination.

Plan and organize management meetings. Facilitate and prepare agenda, minutes of meetings. Follow up and ensure progress of decisions in meetings according to deadlines.

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive-level review.

Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and managing information flow.

Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports, presentations and other materials to support decision-making processes and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.

Take initiative in suggesting and implementing innovative ideas and digital solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Higher education in business, finance, engineering, or similar.
