At Trevor Furbay Bespoke, we offer a unique retail experience with our specialized digital technology platform that allows customers to have a “virtual fitting” with their selected fabrics. Our store also carries exclusive men’s “ready-to-wear” brands that have never been seen before in Cincinnati.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Trevor Furbay. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, handling personal and administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will also assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and support the team.
Qualifications
Experience in executive administrative assistance and administrative support
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Familiarity with the retail industry is a plus
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
