We are searching for a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to join the Health Care Consulting Group (HCCG) supporting multiple service lines. The EA performs a variety of administrative tasks and is responsible for providing administrative support to their assigned executives, location, and teams as well as supporting client deliverables. Independent and sound business judgement is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience supporting health care executives is strongly preferred, but not required. The individual we’re looking for enjoys providing proactive support to local and virtual professionals and is also comfortable being a collaborative member of a team. This position requires a flexible and curious mindset, strong attention to detail, and the desire to support a dedicated and fun group of professionals while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, office space reservations, and travel logistics for assigned executives
Manage time and expense entry for assigned executives
Assist with the production of client deliverables, including client reports
Assist with client engagement set up and support activities as needed, such as new client acceptance, completion of vendor/due diligence forms, client relationship management data entry, engagement code setup, electronic file coordination, and billing assistance
Draft, format, and proofread business correspondence (e.g., letters, memos, email) and presentations
Assist with internal/external event and meeting coordination, set-up, and execution, including schedule coordination, meeting materials, collaborating with Office Services on catering orders and on-the-day support
Leverage internal network and teams to effectively manage workflow
Serve as a liaison for internal and external clients, including screening phone calls, facilitating communications with the appropriate client service staff, and following up with clients
Participate with onboarding of new administrative team members with training and answering questions
Assist with Continued Professional Education (CPE) activities for assigned teams
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to leaders and internal/external clients
