Responsibilities include:

Provide a consistently high standard of administrative support to the CFO.

Diary management including scheduling meetings, 1-2-1s, and reviews.

Ensure a high level of confidentiality when dealing with all information and requests.

Manage email inbox and telephone correspondence in an effective and efficient manner.

Prepare the CFO for a range of meetings and schedules.

Prepare meeting itineraries and agendas, as well as coordinating attendees, refreshments, and meeting rooms.

Proactively deliver schedule briefings at the beginning and end of each day.

Minute meetings and make notes relating to important information, collating actions, following up on the actions and keeping logs up to date.

Effectively consulting with internal stakeholders and external contacts on behalf of the CFO.

Make travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and minimal expenditure.

Monitor plans and itineraries to manage cancellations and changes.

Prioritise workload to ensure all urgent work is actioned in a timely manner.

Help format and finalise key documentation such as letters, emails & presentations.

Ability to construct correspondence and deliver messages on behalf of the CFO using your own resources, and relationships.

Person specification:

Previous experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant, supporting a CFO or in Financial Services setting

Previous experience minuting senior meetings, collating actions, and following up

Clear understanding of business areas, strategies, and priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships across various stakeholders, including Senior Management

Salary for this role is up to £45,000 DOE. You will be based from their lovely offices in Leeds City Centre and will benefit from hybrid working, this is inline with business needs but approximately 2 days per week from home.
