As an Executive Assistant, you’ll orchestrate the schedules and diaries of senior level leaders in our Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) organisation, enhancing your prioritisation and diary management skills as you ensure the smooth operation of the managers in our business. Your role is pivotal, as you get the opportunity to enable our managers to successfully deliver business impact.

ResponsibilitiesYou will be regularly interacting with a range of stakeholders from executive level business administration teams to external customers and partners, and some of your key responsibilities will include:

Providing highly strategic calendar management

Adapting to shifting priorities while representing senior leader and setting an example for less experienced colleagues in making judgment calls and prioritising competing demands

Proactively driving communication and liaises between executives, central teams, and other business partners to share information and best practices that drive. efficiency across organisations

Navigating complex organisational challenges by influencing with high impact and exhibiting diplomacy, tact, and empathy

Creating, building, and managing annual rhythm of business (ROB) with executive leader(s) and Chiefs of Staff, including fiscal-year calendar and executive meeting schedule

Working with Executive Travel to coordinate travel arrangements for Executive Office.

Creating detailed itineraries/agendas for daily activities by setting and managing travel expectations to maximise trip productivity

Managing and overseeing all travel logistics and creating guidelines for visits to ensure leader is prepared
