Position Summary:

The Project-Office Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project managers, superintendents, clients. and the broader construction team. The ideal candidate will bring a professional appearance, courteous and confident demeanor, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, answer phones, and handle general office duties
Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff
Maintain project files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and properly stored
Order office and jobsite supplies as needed
Maintain construction management software (e.g. CMIC)
Supports the project team in planning, executing, starting, and closing construction projects
Lends creative and organizational support to the marketing team
Additional tasks as deemed necessary

What We’re looking for:

2+ years of experience in a construction environment. Bonus if experience is in a project coordination role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
Strong proficiency in construction management software (e.g., CMIC, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Adobe and Canva knowledge is a plus.
